We can provide strip out services, where we gut the existing building to prepare for the installation of new materials and services, where we install all of the necessary components for your new office, such as partition walls, floors, ceiling, furniture, etc.

Space can provide everything from office and interior fit-out, refurbishment, to mechanical services, like plumbing and electrics, to architect plans, interior design and decoration. Throughout every step of the process, we will work with you to deliver a commercial fit-out or refurbishment solution that is best for you. We are experienced at design and planning, and will be able to assist you in the planning of your fit-out or refurbishment project.

Types of office and interior fit-out we can help with:

Category A fit-out

Category A fit-out is a part of the rentable office space and usually comprises the following: raised floors and ceilings extension of the mechanical and electrical services above the ceiling from the riser across the lettable space finishes to the internal face of the external and core walls

Shell and core

Shell-and-core developments include fully finished landlord areas comprising main entrance and reception, lobbies, toilets, lift and stair cores. These areas are not part of the space rented to the tenant. The office floor areas are left as a shell ready for category A fit-out.

Shell-and-core completion

This type of fit-out service is typical when a tenant moves into a new spaceand inherits a space that has very little to no infrastructure. We take this concrete outline and deliver your concept all the way through to completion and handover.
