For every renovation or refurbishment project we are engaged to complete, we employ a well thought out and structured approach to domestic building works. This enables us to offer our clients the exceptional building service we have become renowned for.
If your planned renovation is still at the idea stage, then we have a team of highly experienced designers who can take those ideas and visualise them for you. They will work closely with you to design your dream home. The design team work closely with our expert Project Managers and trades-team, who can bring that dream to life.
However, if you already have the necessary drawings and specifications in place, we are equally happy to take on the project at this stage to carry out the renovation / refurbishment works and, if required, manage the project from start to finish.
Because of our good contacts within the trade we have developed a good network of professionals whom we can call on. This includes audio visual experts, air-conditioning professionals, and all kinds of mechanical and structural engineers. We are often able to commence works at short notice due to the depth of resources of the company.

We work to establish industry guidelines and have the required procedures in place to manage Health and Safety issues efficiently and effectively. Our approach involves monitoring the competency and performance of all nominated sub-contractors and ensuring that construction phase Health and Safety plans are followed.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
From setting-out to project completion, the Project Management capabilities of Space play a crucial role in finalising contracts on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Designers, we turn creative concepts into reality. Space co-ordinate all their own labour and manage the Clients or Designers nominated Special Sub-Contractors where required.
